What's in the bundle?
- Sazerac Rye 70cl (ABV 45% vol)
- Volare Sugar Syrup 70cl
- Peychauds Bitters 14.8cl (ABV 35% vol)
This bundle will make you a total of 12 cocktails.
Mixing Guide
Ingredients per drink:
- 55ml Sazerac Rye
- 10ml Volare Sugar Syrup
- 3 drops of Peychauds Bitters
Method:
Chill a small rocks glass with ice and water. (Discarding contents once cold)
Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass, stir and strain into the chilled glass, add a lemon zest over the drink to garnish if you have one in the house.
Handy hack:
If you do not have a stirring spoon, try using something like a chopstick if you have one at home.
If you do not have a cocktail strainer at home you could use a tea strainer or a normal sieve.
