Mixing Guide

Ingredients per drink:

• 30ml Ming River
• 30ml Punt e Mes

Method:

Pour the Ming River and Punt e Mes in a highball glass over ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon twist if you have one at home.

Handy hack:

If you do not have a stirring spoon, try using something like a chopstick if you have one at home.

If you want to slightly sweeten drinks to your taste, maple syrup or fruit jams are a good way of bringing a sweeter profile.
